Philip K. Dick was born in Chicago on December 16th 1928. He wrote The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch, Time Out of Joint, A Scanner Darkly and Ubik, among other things. He won Hugo award. Dick studied at Berkeley High School. He had occupations including novelist and writer. He died in Santa Ana, California in March 1982 aged 53 years and 3 months old. His death was caused by stroke.
