- 1. Acceptance of Terms
- 1.1. Evi Technologies Limited is a company registered in England, Company no. 04660006 whose registered office is: Poseidon House, Castle Park, Cambridge, CB3 0RD, United Kingdom. (“Evi Technologies“).
- 1.2. Evi Technologies provides you API access to its Query Service application programming interface ("Evi Technologies Query Service API") for the purpose of developing a website or software application ("API Client") subject to your compliance with these Evi Technologies Query Service API Terms of Use (the "Terms").
- 1.3. By using the API, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
- 1.4. Unless otherwise agreed to in a signed writing between you and Evi Technologies, these Terms describe the rights and limitations associated with your use of the Evi Technologies Query Service API. Should you object to any provision or condition of these Terms, or any subsequent modifications thereto, you should immediately discontinue the use of the Evi Technologies Query Service API
- 1.5. These Terms may be updated by Evi Technologies. Evi Technologies will make reasonable efforts to notify you of changes, however, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
- 1.6. Evi Technologies has the right to monitor Your use of the Evi Technologies Query Service API to ensure quality, improve Evi Technologies products and services, and verify Your compliance with these Terms. You agree not interfere with such monitoring or to otherwise obscure from Evi Technologies Your use of the Evi Technologies Query Service API.
- 2. Description of Service
- 2.1. Service. Evi Technologies will provide results from the Evi Technologies Query Service API that can be displayed by or used with your API Client application
- 2.2. Attribution. Evi Technologies grants You a non-exclusive license to use theEvi Technologies name and logo solely in connection with their display on or through your API Client. Your API Client shall provide proper attribution to Evi Technologies whenever such content is displayed or accessed.
- 2.3. Prohibitions. You or Your API Client will not:
- 2.3.1. Interfere in any manner with the proper workings of the Evi Technologies Query Service API or any other Evi Technologies product
- 2.3.2. Redistribute, lend, sell or sublicense any Evi Technologies content without the written consent of Evi Technologies
- 2.3.3. Cache, store of compile any results made available via the Evi Technologies Query Service API
- 2.3.4. Reverse engineer the Query Service API or website
- 2.4. Caching. You are prohibited from from caching Evi Technologies content unless expressly part of a signed written agreement
- 2.5. Fee, Quota and Payment.
- 2.5.1. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to pay $100 per month for Query Service access in exchange for a maximum of 100,000 queries per day.
- 2.5.2. Payment is made monthly in advance of service
- 2.5.3. You have the right to cancel an ongoing service, but agree to do so with 30 days notice in writing
